Good friends, constructive critiques, and mentors ??

I heard this would be a great place for ME to hang out.

I've finished my second novel and I'm feeling a little edgy about sharing them - Gawd I hate rejection. Don't we all ?

I've rewritten them so many times I know them by heart! I'm sure you can identify with that.

I write in the "omniscient POV" because I am a "storyteller" and write like one. Younger authors don't realize that this POV was used by the old-timers who wrote many of the classics in the nineteenth century.

Besides being born to be a writer / storyteller, I'm a historian, a genealogist, an EMT, and I'm also a registered and certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, specializing in medical hypnotherapy.

I spent twelve years as a systems engineer before earning my degree in psychology. I decided it would be more fun to program "minds" instead of computers. (grin)

Anyway... I'm here to learn, to have fun, and to make new friends.
